Almond Banana Muffin Bites

DIRECTIONS:
-First add the dates, along with the water they were soaking in, into your blender. Blend it up smooth.
-Now add the date paste, with all of the ingredients (except the almonds), into your food processor. Once it begins clumping together, add in the almonds and fold them in until combined well.
-Scoop out about a golf ball size of the mixture, and using your hands, roll it into a ball. Do this will all the mixture.
-Then pop them into the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm.
-And enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
-305g oat flour OR almond flour
-100g dates, pitted (soak in hot water)
-205g (2) ripe bananas, mashed
-40g almonds, roughly chopped
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
