Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

-250g soaked dates 

-250g all purpose flour

-250g banana, mashed

-1/2 cup (125ml) plant-based milk

-1 tsp cinnamon powder

-1 tsp baking powder

-45g non-dairy chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

-In your food processor or blender, add the soaked dates with some of the water they were soaking in. Blend until smooth.

-Now add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor with the date paste, except the chocolate chips! Blend again until smooth.

-Lastly, add in the chocolate chips and stir them in well.

-Scoop out 1/4 cup of the mixture and place it in your desired cookie shape on your baking tray lined with parchment paper. Do this until all the mixture is gone.

-You should have about 16 cookies!

-Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.

-Let cool, then enjoy!
