Peanut Butter Fudge Squares

INGREDIENTS:
-200g dates, pitted
-100g peanut butter (OR your choice of nut/seed butter)
-1 tsp vanilla powder
-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

DIRECTIONS:
-Blend all ingredients up smooth in your food processor or blender.
-Line a brownie pan with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
-Press the fudge batter out evenly and smooth.
-Place it into the freezer for at least 2-3 hrs. Then slice it up and enjoy!
