Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Bites

INGREDIENTS:
-150g dates, (chopped & soaked in hot water)
-185g (2) ripe bananas
-230g oats
-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
-7 squares (45g) raw cacao nibs/non-dairy chocolate, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
-First drain the water from the dates.

Then in your food processor or high speed blender, add the oats, dates, bananas and cinnamon. Blend together until it forms a large dough ball.
-Now sprinkle in the cacao nibs or chocolate chips. And fold them in until combined well.
-Scoop out about a golf ball size of the mixture, and using your hands, roll it into a little ball. Place onto your tray lined with parchment paper.
-Do this until all the mixture is used.
-Pop these Bites into the fridge for 2-3 hours to firm up.
-And then you can enjoy!
