Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Bites
-225g (2 ripe) bananas, mashed
-100g dates, chopped and soaked in hot water
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-40g dark chocolate, chopped
-Place all of your ingredients, except the chocolate, into the food processor or high speed blender, and blend it up until ALMOST SMOOTH.
-Now fold in the chocolate chunks.
-Using your hands roll the mixture into golf ball size bites.
-Place the bites into a container and place into the fridge for at least a few hours to firm up. Then enjoy!
