Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
-130g oat flour + 100g rolled oats
-200g date paste
-50g peanut butter
-100ml non-dairy milk or water
-55g non-dairy chocolate, chopped
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
-Pre-heat your oven to 180C.
-In your mixing bowl, add in your wet ingredients, whisk well.
-Now add in your dry ingredients, except for the chocolate, mix together well.
-Fold in the chocolate.
-Scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture, and place it onto your baking tray lined with parchment paper. Mold it into your cookie shape. Do this with all of the mixture. You can add some extra chocolate chunks on top of each cookie if you desire.
-Pop the cookies into the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes to bake.
-Once done, let them cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
