Double Chocolate Chunk Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

Base:

-200g oat flour

-400g banana, mashed

-35g cocoa powder

-1/4 cup peanut butter

-1 tsp baking powder

-30g non-dairy chocolate, chopped

Frosting:

-200g date paste

-10g cocoa powder

-30g oat flour

DIRECTIONS:

-Place all of the base ingredients into your blender or food processor (except the chocolate), and blend smooth. 

-Now add the chocolate chunks and stir them in well. 

-Pour this mixture into your tray lined with parchment paper and pop into the oven to bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes.

-Whilst this is baking, make the frosting. Place all the frosting ingredients into a small mixing bowl, and stir them well. It should become smooth and velvety. 

-When the brownies are fully baked, take them out to cool for 10 minutes, then apply the frosting.

-Pop it into the fridge for 1 hour, then enjoy!
