Double Chocolate Fudge Bites

INGREDIENTS:
-150g dates, chopped and soaked in hot water
-50g natural peanut butter
-150g gluten free oat flour
-25g non-dairy dark chocolate, chopped
-25g raw cacao nibs
-45g raw cacao powder

DIRECTIONS:
-First drain the water from the dates.
-Then add all your ingredients, except for the chocolate and cacao nibs, into your food processor, and blend it up until it forms a large dough ball.
-Now sprinkle in your chocolate chunks and cacao nibs, and fold them in, until it's all well combined.
-Scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and using your hands, roll it into a neat little ball. Do this with all of the mixture.
-Place your little Fudge Bites onto a plate, and pop it into the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up.
-Then indulge!
