Flour-less Fudge Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

-2.5 cups (434g) sweet potato (pureed)
-1/2 cup (130g) natural peanut butter
-1/4 (65g) cup golden syrup
-1/3 (40g) cup cocoa powder

Frosting:
-(36g) powdered peanut butter

-(8g) cocoa powder

-add water to fix consistency 

DIRECTIONS:

-In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

-Once combined well, transfer this mixture into a baking loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Smooth out nicely.

-Pop it into the oven to bake at 190C for 30-35 minutes.

-Take out to let cool for at least 10 minutes, then apply the frosting.

-Then you can slice it up and enjoy!
