Chocolate Fudge Truffles (no-bake)

INGREDIENTS:

-1/4 cup (30g) hazelnuts
-2/3 cup (60g) oats
-1/3 cup (50g) cocoa powder
-150g dates (chopped/soaked in hot water)

DIRECTIONS:

-First drain your dates from the hot water they were soaking in. 

-Now in your blender or food processor, blend together all ingredients, until it forms a gooey ball.

-With your hands, scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and roll it into balls, and then for some extra goodness, roll into some extra cocoa powder to coat the outside of the balls.

-Place them into a container and store in the fridge overnight to firm up.

-Then you can enjoy!
