Oat Granola Bars -- 2 Ways

INGREDIENTS for DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHUNK
-195g oats
-120g maple syrup (or your choice of sticky sweetener)
-20g cocoa powder
-55g water
-30g non-dairy chocolate, chopped

INGREDIENTS for PEANUT BUTTER
-250g oats
-115g maple syrup (or your choice of sticky sweetener)
-55g peanut butter
-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
-30g water

DIRECTIONS:

-In a food processor or mixing bowl, blend or mix together all the ingredients.

-Once combined well, it will stick and clump together. Then you can take the mixture and press it into your container or baking loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

-Pop it into the fridge to firm overnight.

-Then slice it up and enjoy!
