Peanut Butter Granola

INGREDIENTS:

-130g oats
-75g golden syrup (or your choice of sticky sweetener)
-75g natural peanut butter
-50g raisins
-30g almonds, roughly chopped
-25ml water or plant milk (if needed to fix consistency)
-1 tsp cinnamon powder

DIRECTIONS:

-In a large bowl, first mix together the peanut butter and the syrup. 

-Once it is smooth, you can add in the rest of the ingredients, and combine well.

-When it becomes clumping together you can pour it out onto your baking tray lined with parchment paper and pop it into the oven to bake at 180C for 10-15 mins. Make sure to turn the mixture half way through the cooking time.

-Once it is golden brown it's ready.

-Let it cool for 5-10 minutes, then you can enjoy!
