Rainbow Chocolate Cake Bites

INGREDIENTS:

-250g soaked/chopped dates

-250g instant/quick oats

-25g cocoa powder

-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

-2-3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

INGREDIENTS:

-In your blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients except the sprinkles. Once it forms a big dough ball and clumps together it's done.

-Now you can scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and roll it up with your hands to form a ball.

-Roll it into the sprinkles to coat it well.

-Do this until all the mixture is used. You will get about 17-19 balls. (I got 18 in total). 

-Set them in the freezer to firm for about 2-3 hours, then enjoy them!
