Raw Caramel Crunch Energy Bars

-200g dates, pitted
-80g dried mulberries
-1 tsp cinnamon powder
-25g goji berries
-30g pumpkin seeds
-30g cacao nibs

-Pulse blend all of the ingredients, except for the cacao nibs, until it begins clumping together.
-Now sprinkle in the cacao nibs and pulse once or twice, or fold them in.
-Now take this mixture and press it well into your baking pan lined with parchment paper, and pop it into the fridge for 2 hours.
-When ready to eat, you can take it out, slice it up, and enjoy!
