Chewy Chocolate Almond Fig Bites

INGREDIENTS:
-200g dried figs (soaked in warm water to soften)
-190g dates, pitted (if need be, soaked in warm water to soften)
-75g dried mulberries
-30g carob powder
-30g almonds, chopped

DIRECTIONS:
-First drain the water from the dates and dried figs.
-Then add them, along with your other ingredients, except the almonds, to your food processor and blend it up until it begins clumping together.
-Now add in the chopped almonds, and mash them in well with your hands.
-Scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture, and roll them into small balls using your hands.
-Pop them into the fridge and leave overnight.
-The next day you can enjoy them!
