Raw Chocolate Cherry Tarts
-200g dates, pitted
-75g dried mulberries
-30g walnuts (or any nut of choice)
-30g hazelnuts (or any nut of choice)
-25g raw cacao powder
-100g dates, pitted
-90g frozen cherries (thawed)
-First begin by adding all your crust ingredients into your food processor or blender, blend it up until fairly smooth.
-Take this crust mixture, and press it into your little tart trays lined with parchment paper.
-Now add your filling ingredients into your blender, blend it up smooth.
-Pour this filling mixture into each little tart. Place a cherry on top of each tart to finish it off.
-Then pop your tarts into the freezer for 2-3 hours to firm.
