Raw Raspberry Peanut Butter Bites
-165g dates (pitted, chopped, soaked in warm water)
-30g natural peanut butter
-45g raspberries (fresh, or thawed from frozen)
-100g buckwheat grouts, (blended into a flour)
-First drain the water from the dates.
-Blend together the dates, peanut butter, buckwheat flour, dates, and peanuts. Once clumping together, add in the raspberries, and fold them in well.
-Now scoop out a golf ball size of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
-Place the balls on a plate or tray lined with parchment paper, and pop it into the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up.
