Sweet Chocolate Bean Dip

INGREDIENTS:

-250g your choice of cooked beans (red kidney beans/chickpeas/butter beans are best)

-80g dates, soft & pitted

-15g cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS:

-Place all of the ingredients into your high speed blender, and blend it up smooth. 

-Scoop out the mixture and place it in a small dish. Enjoy this bean dip with your choice of fresh fruits and/or veggies!
